Custom Studies can be developed to meet your specifications. Subject to study and survey design approval, the survey usually can be fielded within 24 hours.

Use our online survey capability to get professional feedback from retail and hospital pharmacists (physicians coming soon).

Online surveys and access to pharmacists offer you the opportunity to obtain top-of-mind feedback such as:
Attitudes and opinions
What would you do if a patient complained about the price of your brand?
Awareness of products, product features, or services
Have you heard of an extended release formulation of your brand?
Did you know that your brand does not cause drowsiness?
Awareness of promotional campaigns
Where did you first hear about your brand?
Have you been visited by a sales representative regarding your brand?
Preferences regarding products, services, packaging, or distribution
Why do you not (stock, prescribe) your brand?
What is your preferred bottle size for your brand?
Opinions regarding changes in their professions
Do you expect regulation x to increase or decrease
your ability to provide information to patients?

Online surveys can be used to obtain data for a variety of advanced research techniques, including univariate and multivariate techniques (such as conjoint and discrete choice analysis). Because these techniques often present single questions on cards, they can be adapted as a single question per Web page. Respondents click through the survey Web pages in much the same manner as flipping through carded questions, with the advantage of doing so in their pharmacy, office, or home.

Online surveys can provide a fast turn-around time.
It often takes just two days to obtain responses from a desired sample.
Questions can be posted by DMD to the Web within minutes.
Invitations can be sent by e-mail
Panelists can respond immediately using a link from their e-mail
invitations to access an on-line survey.
Top-of-line data can be viewed by you while the survey is still "in the field."
Data can be downloaded for immediate analysis.

You determine who responds to your online surveys.
DMD has spoken to all of its panel members to insure they are who they say they are.
Panelists are pre-qualified by DMD as active, full-time:
 • Retail pharmacists

Hospital pharmacists

Physicians (coming soon)
Sample size can be controlled by the total number of respondents and by:
 • Geographic region

Pharmacy store type (independent/small chain, large chain)

Physician specialty (coming soon)

Our proprietary survey allows skip patterns and logic, and you can use a variety of closed and open question formats, including:
Yes/No response
Quantity response
Ranking response
Rating response
Choose one item from a list
Choose one or more items from a list
Free-text response
Any question allows graphic incorporation

You can format a survey to ask only questions that are relevant to the respondent. Follow-up questions can be asked based on a response given earlier in a survey. This is why online surveys are so powerful.

Questions can refer to pictures or graphic images displayed with a question.
