Do you know exactly how physicians are writing prescriptions for your branded products?

Are your brand name and dosing schedule being clearly spelled out to the pharmacist?

Is Rx writing behavior changing over time?

VerbatimRx is a unique monthly marketing research service that can answer these and other questions to help you uncover communication problems and fix them. Because VerbatimRx is an omnibus study, it delivers a valuable report from original prescription information for less than the cost of primary research.

Sample and Methodology
VerbatimRx samples 250 retail pharmacies that are selected to be representative of the U.S. by store ownership and geographic region. Utilizing a mail survey, each panel pharmacist transcribes EXACTLY how the Rx was written from the original script. Other demographic information from pharmacy records is also provided.
Data collection includes the most recent 2 Rx's/store, with the option to add additional Rx's per store. Phone-in Rx's are not included in the study since a hard copy showing the exact Rx is not available.

Timing and Reporting
VerbatimRx is conducted monthly. Participation cut-off is the 12th of each calendar month, with report results available approximately five weeks post field date. The standard report contains an executive summary and highlights, tables, cross tabs, and graphs. Clients who are also tracking Rx writing behavior longitudinally receive additional tables and graphs showing monthly trend data.
