Online Privacy Policy
Delta Marketing Dynamics (DMD) is committed to maintaining your confidence and trust, and accordingly maintains the following privacy policy to protect personal information you provide online.

DMD is a member of PMRG (Pharmaceutical Marketing Research Group). PMRG advances the principles, practice and power of marketing research within the healthcare industry.

As a member of PMRG, DMD adheres to a Code of Conduct for Survey Research for all applications, whether it be online or through traditional market research methods (telephone, mail, etc.). For more information about the PMRG Code of Conduct and Ethics for Survey Research, click here. PMRG maintains its own confidentiality and privacy policies, which you can review further by clicking here. As members of PMRG, DMD complies fully with these high standards.

Unbiased Research Provider
DMD is an independent provider of survey research, primarily for the pharmaceutical industry. DMD is not associated or affiliated with any retail drug chain, independent drug store, pharmaceutical manufacturer or other manufacturer or retailer. Our corporate website at www.DeltaMarketingDynamics.com provides you with more information about our services. The corporate website is promotional - for our clients' reference. We do not ask for, nor do we collect any personal information on our corporate website, www.DeltaMarketingDynamics.com.

Please feel free to email us at info@deltamarketingdynamics.com or call DMD at (315) 492-2905 for more information about our company.

Basic Confidentiality Policy
It is DMD policy that personal information, such as your name, postal and e-mail address, telephone number, etc., is private and confidential. Accordingly, the personal information you provide is stored in a secure location, is accessible only by designated staff, and is used only for demographic or data segmentation purposes. If you indicate on our site that you would like to receive information about DMD or would like to become a panelist by registering online, your personal information will be added to appropriate DMD mailing lists. If at any time you change your mind and would like to be removed from our online mailing list, please see our opt-out procedures, below. For more information about DMD, please email your questions to
info@deltamarketingdynamics.com.

DMD's E-panelists
DMD has established panels of both traditional panelists and e-panelists. On an occasional basis, DMD will contact e-panelists to complete a survey via the Internet. Or, we may simply invite e-panelists by email to participate in a traditional survey conducted by postal mail, facsimile or telephone. DMD does not share personally identifiable information with outside parties.

Use of Cookies
Many websites use cookies to track visitors while they use various areas of the site. Cookies do not contain personal information. Rather, a cookie is a small file that is stored on your hard drive to enable hosts (like DMD) to align the information you provide voluntarily (in an online survey or registration form) to your site use.  While you are logged on and engaged in taking a survey or completing a registration form we use cookies for these technical reasons. We need to do this to keep your information and answers separate from those provided by other survey respondents or online panel registrants. We do not keep or store cookies after you exit our site - cookies are used only for our temporary use. As always, we do not provide your personal information to outside parties.

The Way We Use Information
Personal information will not be released to outside parties.

We collect information only as volunteered by an individual in an online survey, registration form, or other correspondence to DMD. Any information reported to outside parties is summarized in aggregate and no individual information is identified. Personal information supplied by individuals is provided voluntarily and is used strictly for demographic/segmentation purposes, to distribute honorarium checks, or to respond to a request for more information. We do not, nor will we ever, distribute personal information to outside parties.

We use the information you provide about yourself to find out where to contact you for surveys, honorarium or incentive payments/prizes or to reply to any questions you direct to us via our website. We do not share this information with outside parties.  If you do not wish to be contacted by email, postal mail, telephone or facsimile, please do not provide this information on the enrollment form.  If you wish to remove any of this information at a later date, you may do so by following the instructions "How You Can Access or Correct Your Information," below.

If you are a pharmacist or physician, we use the information you provide about your store, hospital, or practice for demographic and/or segmentation purposes. We sometimes need this information to properly select a sample for our research studies. Other times we may use it to show, in aggregate, characteristics of the respondents to a study. We do not share this information with outside parties.

As a patient or caregiver, we use the information you provide about yourself and those you care for as a means of qualifying respondents for certain survey topics.  If you are affected by a certain medical condition, we may contact you to express your opinions, experiences or thoughts in a marketing research survey conducted by our company.  Your identity will be held confidential at all times.

You may register on our website to become an online e-panelist. Our e-panelists often receive invitations to participate in a survey or to answer preliminary questions for a study. Some of the emails we will send as a result of registering as an e-panelist may be feasibility questions. Meaning, we may not know if we will collect enough information to complete a study unless we ask questions of our panelists first. Most of the time however, emails will be in the form of invitations for your participation in an online survey. Information you submit on our website will not be shared with outside parties. E-panelists may opt-out of the e-panel altogether at anytime (see below for opt-out procedures). Opting out of an e-panel does not necessarily eliminate a panelist from participating in other surveys, such as telephone, mail, and facsimile surveys unless the panelist specifies this.

We use email addresses to invite e-panelists to participate in surveys or to assess their eligibility for an upcoming study. We also use email addresses to respond to questions online. Email addresses are not used for any other purposes and are not shared with outside parties.

We use postal addresses, telephone and/or facsimile numbers to invite panelists to participate in surveys.  We also use postal addresses to update you with new information about our company and panel programs.  As is customary, addresses, telephone numbers and facsimile numbers are not used for any other purposes and are not shared with outside parties.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better share our research capabilities with clients. For example, we may tell a client that X number of pharmacists/physicians/patients are on our online panel or that we can achieve an online sample of N pharmacists/physicians/patients within Y days, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Our Commitment To Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information
You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by emailing your request to info@deltamarketingdynamics.com. We will email you (within 3-5 business days) the information we have on file for you, including your pharmacy/hospital/practice location and contact numbers/email addresses. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information. You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.

How To Contact Us
Should you have other questions or concerns about these privacy policies, please call us at (315) 492-2905 or send us an email at info@deltamarketingdynamics.com.

Opt-Out Procedure
If you choose to be taken off our email mailing list, please reply to any of our email invitations and type "REMOVE" in the subject header. Or, please send us an email at info@deltamarketingdynamics.com with your email address and name and type "REMOVE" in the subject header. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to remove your name from our email address book.

NOTE:  Opting out does not necessarily eliminate an e-panelist from participating in other surveys, such as telephone, mail, and facsimile surveys unless the panelist expressly specifies this in the email, above.

If you choose to be taken off of our postal mailing, facsimile or telephone list, please send us a letter with your name and address and indicate that you would like to be removed from all postal mailings and/or surveys.  Please allow 3 weeks for us to remove your name from our address book.  Mail all correspondence to:  DMD, Attn:  Panelists, One Clinton Square, Suite 500, Syracuse, New York 13202.  If you have any questions about this procedure you may call us at (315) 492-2905.
